Team Building - 5th July'08

This is the team effort to build a house

Team A
Henry,Dipesh, Preet, Santosh, Sonal



Team B
Abhishek, Dinesh, Sandeep, Makarand, Ashish



The team was been given the picture of house and they were asked to build the same in 30 mins.

Henry and Abhishek lead their teams while Santosh and Ashish were the silent observers of their respective teams.

Both the teams completed their tasks within the timeframe. Following were the conclusions which they understood from this task:

1) Need proper planning before starting the project.
2) To manage within the available resources.
3) Each member in the team need to support in the project or else the project suffers.
